       At a pinch, we are always inclined to explanations of ˇlogical functions of propositions which ˇaim at introducing into the function either only contain the constituents of these propositions, or only their forms, etc. etc; & we overlook that ordinary language would not contain the whole propositions if it did not need them: However, e.g., “not-p” may be explained, there must always be a meaning given to the question “what is denied?”
