puzzles us.
This substantive seems to produce an i
llusion.
What would things look like if we expressed pains by moaning &
holding the painful spot?
Or that we utter the word pain pointing to a spot.
“But that the point is that we should

But how am
I to know if there really is pain? if what I
feel really is pain?
Or, if I really have a
