Weber (2019) on “Wörterbuch für Volksschulen Corrected Proofs, Set II” by Ludwig Wittgenstein with marks by unknown editor(s) • Date: January 22, 1926 to April 19, 1926 • Language: German • Size and binding: Forty-two pages consisting of ten and a half broadsheets (235mm by 320mm), folded in half and interlaid to form two booklets of 16 pages, one booklet of 10 pages, and one additional page, all glued together at the spine. No cover or other binding. Each resulting page is 160mm by 235mm. • Pagination and Sequence: Printed page numbers from 1-42. Pencil markings indicate this set is the second of an unknown number. • Writing Instrument: Printed in black ink. Also contains black stamp ink, as well as handwritten red and black ink, and handwritten gray and blue pencil. • Style: Word list printed in Fraktur script; red ink editing marks and most other marks are in Kurrent script. • Provenance: Martin J. Gross Family Foundation, sold at auction in 2005 by unknown seller.
